Get to know the Owner


Her Story

Nadine Hailey is an Author and CEO of the Virtual Hailey Group. She served Maryland citizens for 31 years in State Government as an Executive Associate for Senior Management and later led both leadership development programs and internship initiatives.  

 In 2007, Nadine started NaeDay Productions, an event planning service company for five years. In 2011, she Founded, Ladies of Like Minds Community Coalition a successful non-profit organization that helped women in need and other community organizations. These are the skills and expertise in government leadership and business ownership in both for-profit and non-profit organizations that she brings to this company.

Nadine’s free time is spent with her two adult daughters and son-in-laws coupled with a host of family and friends.  She has a special place in heart for her two adorable grandchildren. She is also has one very active Bichon Poodle, named Buddyboy. 

30+ Years of Experience

Worked for State Government for over 30 years in the Executive Office and Human Resources.


Published first book on "How I survived 31 years in the cubicle... a guide to building soft skills."


Has a passion for traveling the world. Learning new cultures and experiences all over the world.


Founded of the Virtual Hailey Group to provide virtual services to businesses and online coaching.
