About the Founder

Nadine Hailey is the visionary Founder of the Virtual Hailey Group. With a dedicated team of professional virtual assistants, the Virtual Hailey Group specializes in supporting new entrepreneurs, small business owners, and non-profit organizations through comprehensive administrative and online business management services.

Nadine launched the Virtual Hailey Group in 2018, following her retirement from a distinguished career in State Government. During her tenure, she led the Leadership Management and Volunteer Programs, honing her skills in leadership, management, and program development. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence continue to drive the success and growth 

of the Virtual Hailey Group.

In addition to her role at the Virtual Hailey Group, Nadine is an accomplished author of "How I Survived 31 Years in the Cubicle: A Soft Skill Guide" and "The Vision Board Planner." She also coaches and hosts business bootcamps to help new entrepreneurs and teams grow their skills online.

Nadine's passion for giving back to the community is seen in her role in serving on the Help Outreach Center, a non-profit organization that provides positive and transformative change in the community through education, training, partnerships, and collaboration that builds confidence in people and improves quality of life.  She also serves as the Executive Secretary for the Qonta Waddell Foundation that provides support and help to individuals, families and communities to heal from incidents of grief and pain.
