Nadine Y. Hailey,
Nadine Y. Hailey is the Founder of The Virtual Hailey Group, LLC, where she supports entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations with systems-driven business formation, compliance support, executive assistant services, and education.
After retiring from a 31-year career in State Government—where she led leadership, management, and volunteer programs—Nadine shifted her focus to helping business owners build with intention. Her approach emphasizes organization, clear processes, and proactive support so businesses can grow without unnecessary stress.
As an author, coach, and business educator, Nadine is committed to helping clients operate with confidence, structure, and clarity—supported every step of the way.
