We provide administrative business support, including Maryland LLC and nonprofit formation assistance, Maryland Resident Agent service, compliance and filing support, and virtual assistant support. All services are administrative in nature.

Fees & Payment
Service fees are described on our published fee schedule. State filing fees are separate statutory charges set by the State of Maryland and are not included in our service fees unless itemized in writing. Fees are due according to the terms of your engagement.

The content of this website is owned by The Virtual Hailey Group, LLC. The business information you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the requested services.
